- Profile information: category, city, bio, profile photo, work gallery photos, and voice introduction, all of which you choose to make public.
- Phone verification: your phone number is verified via an SMS code during signup, using Firebase Phone Authentication.
- Usage data: profile views, call/WhatsApp click counts, and basic technical data (IP address, browser) used for analytics and fraud prevention.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To operate and display your public profile to customers searching the Platform.
- To verify your phone number when you register for the Verified badge.
- To improve search relevance, detect abuse, and maintain platform security.
- To contact you about your account or respond to support requests.
3. What We Never Do
We never sell your personal data to third parties.
4. Data Retention
We retain account and profile data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your public profile is deactivated immediately; underlying records may be retained for a limited period for fraud prevention and legal compliance.
5. Your Rights
